Their sales staff visit customers, providing quotations for supplies on a handheld device. The discount rates and shipping costs are handled automatically by the system allowing accurate quotes to be provided easily, and recorded on a central system, for retrieval later.

Quotations can then be monitored by regional sales managers and chased up in a timely fashion, allowing them to be converted into orders, and then imported into M.L.M.’s invoicing system.
